WHY THERE IS A BIG DEMAND FROM THE MAJORITY PEOPLE OF INDIA TO INCREASE THE I.T. EXEMPTION LIMIT TO Rs.5.00 LAKH?

Q; WHY THERE IS A BIG DEMAND FROM THE MEJORITY PEOPLE OF INDIA TO INCREASE THE I.T. EXEMPTION LIMIT TO Rs.5.00 LAKH?

A; As everyone  aware that the main aim of the Govt to impose  the ‘Direct Taxes and Indirect Taxes’ is to create the responsibility of the high income earning people and  make them to share the responsibility  to pay the ‘Income Tax’ during the respective financial year. And to distribute the so collected taxes for the development of the country, Viz., For development of Industries, Agriculture, Science & Technology, employment creation, Security, for social welfare schemes, subsidies, administration expenses, Pay back Loans and Interest there on  and others time to time.

The aim and the intention of the Govt. is right and  correct.  Un fortunately, for the last 68 years, the Govt (s) are imposing ‘Direct & Indirect taxes’ on all the people , irrespective of their actual incomes. Whatever reasons it may be. Because of this only the low income , honest and innocent salaried employees only suffering & loosing more. By the same time, the un organised sector business people Viz, Kirana shop people, Cloth merchant people, Hotles running people, some medical shops people, Pan shops people , Stationery shops people, Real estate agents, Doctors, lawyers, babas , gurus, Astrologists  etc., escaping from Taxes and becoming Rich. Years together,  the Poor people are becoming too poor and Rich people are becoming too Rich. So now it is more essential to increase the I.T. exemption limit to Rs.5 Lakh , for all the individuals, irrespective of men and women and ages. These are all confusion and complicated.

The   main reasons  to increase the I.T. exemption limit  from 2.50 Lakh to  Rs 5.00  Lakh are:

1.Fortunately, the ban of high value notes i.e., Rs.500/- and Rs.1,000/- notes, about 15 lakh crore rupees, whether it is accounted money or un accounted money or white money or Black money, came to  all the Banks. Here , everyone must accept  that  about 15 lakh crore rupees  blocked in the lockers , halmiras, strong rooms etc., as idle and as un productive , now came to the Banks. Another great news is that the people were identified with their  Bank accounts and accounted money. Hence, here after no one will be escaped from paying the ‘Income tax , Penalties and others’. That means, ‘the high value notes ban system’ , automatically, brought many people in to IT net. ‘Income Tax Returns filing people and Income tax & Penalties paying people’ will be increased , without escaping from even single rupee of Tax. So, now  the Govt should not narrow the I.T. exemption limit. It should be widen. Hence, the IT exemption limit must increase to Rs.5.00 Lakh to all the Individuals, in this budget.

2.Today the gap between Rich and Poor is so high. Rich people do not have 4 hands , 4 legs, 2 heads & without  having a mouth. Further, no one is born with golden spoon. Some people say that their assets came from their fathers , mothers , grand fathers and grand maas, Uncles and Aunties. Even those people also do not have 8 hands , 8 legs, 4 heads & without having a mouth. Even if they do the business, they may show maximum profits 10 to 20% profits only , in the books. Then, within few years, how the business people are becoming bilinears ?  So , in the systems only, there are some  un known loop holes, which we have to find and stop. Due to high gap between Rich and Poor, even after 68 years of independence also, Poor honest and innocent people are standing before the Rich and Corrupted & Black money people, with the folding hands. Hence, to protect the honest and innocent poor people and to have some amount in the hands of low income people,  the IT exemption limit must increase to Rs.5.00 Lakh to all the Individuals ,in this budget.

3.Today the cost of living is more. And the honest and  salaried employees are only bounded to pay tax and penalties etc.,. Whereas, the un organised sector business people Viz, Kirana shop people, Clothe merchant people, Hotels running people, some medical shops people, Pan shops people , Stationery shops people, Real estate agents, House owners etc., are not paying single rupee towards Income tax. But they are earning lakhs of rupees. In the same way  Doctors, lawyers, babas , gurus, Astrologists, Political Leaders and their workers, Bureaucrats   etc., earning more but they are paying nominal and some times NIL. Hence, the IT exemption limit must increase to Rs.5.00 Lakh to all the Individuals,in this budget.

4.Today , because of may be different loop holes and other reasons ‘Rich people are becoming too Rich and Poor becoming too Poor’. For the social justice and economic balance , only high income people only should pay the tax. And the low income people ( below Rs.5 Lakh) should not pay any  income tax, to improve their purchasing power , improve savings for the future needs and to live honestly in the society. Hence, the IT exemption limit must increase to Rs.5.00 Lakh to all the Individuals,in this budget.

5.Once IT exemption limit increase to Rs.5 lakh , the low income people will get freedom to live happily without any mental tension, physical tension and financial tension. Hence, the IT exemption limit must increase to Rs.5.00 Lakh to all the Individuals,in this budget.

6.By the same time IT Dep.ment officers also will get more and sufficient time to concentrate on high income people and unorganised sector business people & really taxpaying capacity people. They can more efforts to bring back the Black money from the ‘Swiss banks and other banks’. They can put more concentration on “ TRUSTS’ and ‘FDI’s” etc., Hence, the IT exemption limit must increase to Rs.5.00 Lakh to all the Individuals,in this budget.

7.Today , there is news that about 64.5 lakh people have received IT notices for not filing IT returns or  may be some other reasons. Out of these,  about 32.25 or more people , may be related to below Rs.5.00 Lakh income  only. Once the IT Exemption limit increases to Rs.5.00 Lakh, the IT Dep.ment officers can save this much burden & valuable time , for the un necessary sending of notices. Hence, the IT exemption limit must increase to Rs.5.00 Lakh to all the Individuals,in this budget.

8.The tax what the Govt is going to collect from these low income people is very nominal i.e., 0.5 to 1%. Once, the increase of IT exemption limit to Rs.5 Lakhs,  lakhs of honest and salaried employees mental tension , physical tension, financial tension and IT Dep.ment harassment will go out. And they can not try to evade tax in wrong routs. So the Govt should not allow the people to do mistakes and should not make them fear. Hence, the IT exemption limit must increase to Rs.5.00 Lakh to all the Individuals, in this budget.

9.Besides to that , some times IT returns filing people are not eligible for ‘ Govt welfare schemes’. So, both the ways, these low income people are loosing. Hence, the IT exemption limit must increase to Rs.5.00 Lakh to all , in this budget.

10.IT is long period pending request from the majority people. Hence, the IT exemption limit must increase to Rs.5.00 Lakh to all the Individuals, in this budget.

11.I.T. calculations and I.T Rreturns filing is also very complicated and it is not possible even  for the post graduate educated people also, without any training. For the low income people , it is a unnecessary  burden. High income people , any how , they are able to arrange auditors for their IT returns filing. Hence, the IT exemption limit must increase to Rs.5.00 Lakh to all the Individuals,in this budget.

12.Since the IT Dep.ment Officers are only concentrating their valuable time on low income people and honest salaried employees. And the rich and high income people, corrupted people , Black money people , easily escaping from paying actual income tax or by paying less income tax. Due to lack of control and concentration of the IT dep.ment people , the Rich, corrupted and black money people are keeping their money in real estates, Gold, Stocks, foreign currencies , Benami assets, Agricultural Lands, Real estates,  in Lockers, Almirahs, Swiss Banks ,TRUSTS, FDIs etc., Hence, the IT exemption limit must increase to Rs.5.00 Lakh to all the Individuals, in this budget.

13.Due to high value notes ban , confusion and fear increased in the low income and middle class people. Their consumption and purchasing power reduced. And small savings and investments are totally closed. So once the I.T exemption limit increases  to Rs.5.00 Lakh , the low income people will get freedom and starts to improve their purchasing power , consumption and investments. Without purchasing power, consumption and money circulation India can’t grow. Hence, the IT exemption limit must increase to Rs.5.00 Lakh to all the Individuals, in this budget.

14.The honest and Salaried employees records are ever ready with the employers any time. Hence, these people are not escaping from filing I.T Returns , paying Income Tax , education cess and penalties, Interest etc., Where as the high earning people  Viz., Kirana shop people , jewellery shop people, Cloth shop people , hotels  running people easily escaping from paying Income tax, since they do not raise bills and do not maintain any records. The punishment to the honest and innocent people and protect the business people is not correct system. Therefore , the Govt , must widen the Income Tax exemption limit at least to some extent.  Hence, the IT exemption limit must increase to Rs.5.00 Lakh to all the Individuals, in this budget.

15.The Govt should not have only the intention to increase the IT Returns filing people. It is a waste of time, money and tension for the both. They should concentrate only, on those high earning people, deceiving people , corrupted people and Black money people. And make them liable to pay the Income Tax and penalties. For this , the Govt must develop the system, without touching their callers of any one. Today , the ban of high value notes , already developed the innovative system, to some extent to collect more Taxes from the high bank balance people. Hence, the IT exemption limit must increase to Rs.5.00 Lakh to all the Individuals, in this budget.

16.Further, the GST is going to effect from 1st July, 2017. Once, it is implemented, no business man can escape from paying either Direct Taxes or Indirect Taxes etc., While doing GST registration only, one can know the strength/power of the GST Act. So the tax collections will be more, comparatively previous years. Hence, the IT exemption limit must increase to Rs.5.00 Lakh to all the Individuals, in this budget.

17.Today in so many areas there is no Income tax, as per Income Tax Act,1961. Thus they are getting benefits, getting Rich and enjoying lives. Hence, the IT exemption limit must increase to Rs.5.00 Lakh to all the Individuals, in this budget, to make the people equal to some extent.

18.In the present society , only the deceiving clever & smart people and corruption intention people have more chances to do the corruption and to keep the Black money and to purchase the benami assets. Agriculture lands are the source of the haven to Corrupted and Black money people, to pump their ‘Corrupted and Black money’. They are Purchasing agriculture lands at lower rates and selling at higher rates and getting exemptions. Thus they are becoming too Rich with the  white money only. But the low income people ( below Rs.5 lakhs Income) not getting any thing and the other side there is a  harassment by means of notices from the IT Dep.ments. Hence, the IT exemption limit must increase to Rs.5.00 Lakh to all the Individuals, in this budget.

19.‘OXFAM’ is an international confederation of 19 organizations working together with partners and local communities in more than 90 countries. It says that one person in three in the world lives in poverty. ‘OXFAM” is determined to change that the world by mobilizing the power of people against poverty. “The OXFAM International’’ has reported in ‘Davos’ recently that 50% of Indians wealth is in the hands of only 8 members. And the balance 50% wealth is in the hands of about 127 crore Indians. This was published worldwide. Now, we can analyse that out 50% wealth,  49% of wealth is only in the hands 1,000 members. And balance 1% wealth is in the hands of about 127 crore people minus 1,008 members. First the system must find the reasons, how they accumulating the wealth?  Where are the loop holes? How to stop? Meanwhile, the I.T. exemption limit must be increased to 5 Lakh and the maximum Tax also to be reduced & simplified.

20.  It   is  also  a  fundamental  right  of  every  Indian to live equally  in  economical, Social  and

honestly in all spheres. This  is  possible only,  when   the   employees or  labour  earn  money   'in
full' against their  hard work.   When the  employer is becoming  a  billionaire with in a  year ,  but
they are  not sharing that money to   the   employees  or labours. No  employer will become   billionaire with in a short period , without   hard   work,   knowledge , ideas and suggestions of employees and lobour.  Though ,  they  can   not   accept   and  they are    not ready to  share the same  profit to the employees and labour. Because of Globalization , Liberalization and Privatization, many employers are pressuring to work from 10 to 12 hours. And even employer share of PF also collecting from theemployees.

So many companies are not following minimum wages act, labour act,  Provident fund act , ESI act, Gratiuty act and Bonus act, etc., Hence, the Govt only must consider and try to increase
the IT exemption imit to Rs.5.00 Lakh to all the  Individuals, to live honestly , to  make  economical
equal and to live socially equal , at least to some extent, in this budget.

WHAT ARE THE MAIN CAUSES FOR CORRUPTION AND BLACK MONEY?

Q.WHAT ARE THE MAIN CAUSES FOR CORRUPTION AND BLACK MONEY?

A.The main causes for the corruption and Black money are,

01.Increase of selfishness , favouritism, nepotism and abnormal needs and desires.

02.Un education and illiteracy is causing for the Corruption & Black money.

03. Un employment and Poor ness of the people etc. is causing for the Corruption & Black money.

04.Regional, geographical and imbalances of natural resources.

05.Old sentiments, cultures, beliefs and weakness of the people.

06.Advantages or choices in laws and others.

07.As per the constitution "All are equal" But , in real life, only poor and illiterate people are
punishing so easily, quickly and seriously, comparatively Rich , Corrupted and deceved  people.

08.Lack of identification and support to the good and honestly living people. And there is no respect about
faithfully and morally and responsibly living people. Besides to that, these people are calling
as innocent, useless, knowledge less and as waste candidates, in the society.

09.Further, if any one criticises or complaints about the corrupted people, the law & order, police concetrating their entire powers on criticisers and on those who made complaints and punishing seriously in different methods.

10.Govt. policies, G.Os.and Tenders etc.,giving chances to do corruption.

11.Lack of transparency,  control on  political powers.

12.More chances and powers to have lot of UN- identified easy funds in politics and Gov ts.

19.There is no concrete system, procedure or laws to recover the entire corrupted money
immediately from the corrupted people. There is a lengthy procedure to settle the cases, identify the money or person and recover the corrupted Money/Assets.

20.Govt. Departments and high level officers attitudes also making the low level employees
and people to do the corruptions. Govt. departments like Excise,Mines, Sales Tax,
Income Tax, Municipal Office, Pension Offices, Secretariats, P&A sections , Engineering Departments etc., are the high corrupted areas.

IS IT NECESSARY TO DO "POLITICAL REFORMS IN ELECTION SYSTEM" IN INDIA?

Q:IS IT NECESSARY TO DO "POLITICAL REFORMS IN ELECTION SYSTEM" OF INDIA?

A: INDIA is a Republic country. It is a Seculer state. And it  has so many relegions , casts , cultures and traditions people. generally, Govt. is formed and ruled for 5 years , through the political leaders , those who are elected by the voters. If the elected leaders are honeset, capable to rule, shows kindlyness among all the people equal, having face value and do not have much selfishness etc.,, then the people feel happy. Other wise they face lot of problems for the next 5 years. Hence , we require the " Political reforms in Election system".

INDIA  is a rich country with abundance of Natural & Human resources  and good traditions & culture. The only corruption & Black Money is a great threat to the India’s social, economical and National integrity. Besides to this  selfishness, favoritism , illiteracy, poorness of majority people  and loop holes in the systems  etc., also  pulling down the growth and G.D.P. of the country.

Generally, when the elections are coming to near, the Political leaders of different parties will focus on the  loop holes and weak points of the  people viz., poor ness, corruption, illiteracy, illness, regions, religions, castes, innocence, cini  glamour, greediness, desires  and other natural or artificial problems of the poor etc., to get more advantage of votes in elections. Based on that political leaders will give rosy  promises as they wish, to come to the power at hook and cook and forget the promises or compromise us  with probloms.

It is a general tendency that the central govt. and political parties together may spent either directly or indirectly for every 5 years , about more than ₹ 10,000 cores for General Elections. I strongly believe, if the Parliament and  Election commission   implement the following  political reforms, before the elections by passing necessary bills, definitely, ‘increase the value of elections’ , INDIA will become  no.1 Un-corrupted country in the world, Crores of rupees & time will be saved and all the people will live healthy, wealthy, happily & with freedom.

Today, majority of the people and present ruling  political parties with majority strength in the “Loka sabha’ , eager to eradicate the corruption and Black Money from the grass roots. This is possible only when the ‘elected leaders are honest , educated and capable to rule the country in harmonious environment’. Hence , this is the right time to bring the reforms in ”Election System”  and implement  the same in the near future ‘General Elections’. So that,  all the people and parties are requested  to support to bring some changes or Reforms in the ‘Election System’ or express their views to understand the majority people.

We hope that all the political parties and people will certainly accept and support to implement the ‘Reforms’ or keep the same in their ‘Manifestoes’. The majority people are expecting/requesting  to bring the ‘Election Reforms‘ are as under:
  1. Parties/Independents  have to file their promises what they are giving to the public at the time of road shows and meetings, in the form of affidavit (manifesto) during nomination and it should be released to the public. After forming the Govt., if they can’t fulfil their promises or at least can’t start within 90 days from the date of formation of the Govt. or if they rule fraudulently, must dissolve the govt. and give the chance to the next majority party and so on. Election commission and  the Voters should have the rights to ‘re call’  the MLA’s, MP’s etc,.
  1. candidates must declare all their assets  ( including national & International and benami assets) and names and addresses of family members and kith & kin and Bank Accounts & PAN Nos.
  1. candidates should be clean and faire from all Laws & Acts. Those  who are in serious offences etc,. should not be eligible  to contest any where in India.
  1. Parties should not demand and accept any huge amount of cash , cheques or drafts or any other means from the public or corporate or trusts except registration fee Re 1 to ₹ 25. Other wise, here only  corruption is being started. Central Election Commission’ should give the permission to the  People, corporate companies and Trusts etc. to send  their donations or subscriptions etc.,  through cheques, drafts ,RTGS/NEFT/IMPS to  the “Central  election fund” under control of ‘Central Chief Election Commissioner’. And  the election commission will distribute the funds to the  registered parties as specified limits. Candidates also can spend their own money  subject to limit of maximum expenditure as permited by the election commission.
  1. Once the candidates elected by the voters, he/she  should not jump in to the other party. If he/she desires, must resign and may contest freshly after 5 years or next elections as the case may be. Independents may give support to the other parties at the interest of  mass  people.
  1. Candidates should contest from only one place and with in the state only. In one area  he/she has defeated means , that he/she lost faith in the public. Hence, he/she  must not contest from two places.
  1. Parties should not threaten and should not attract the voters by proposing cash or any other means  etc.
  1. candidates should be healthy and maximum age limit should be 75 and minimum 25. Education qualification must be at least any degree. Further, Candidates should not be permitted to contest as MP/MLA/MLCs,  more than 2 terms in elections.
  1. Must get it pass the  “Lokpal” Bill and all the Indian people  must come   under the “Lokpal” limits.
  1. Govt. employees and Celebrities  should not contest in the elections till 5   years from the date of  their resignation or retirement or termination. The reason is that the power and glamour etc., influencing the voters to cast their valuable vote, without giving a chance to think.
  1. Once the opposition parties  loose the confidence on the Govt., they may demand for “vote of confidence”. However, no parties  should not pass “VIP”s  at any  “no confidence Motions ”. So  that the leaders will have the fear and they will work for people  more efficiently without any negligence , frauds and corruption.
  1. Once the candidates resigned with their personal egos and challenges etc., they must not be allowed for the elections for next 5 years or next elections which ever is higher.
  1. Must not entertain  to gain pettiness votes on death of  family leaders, which will destroy the interest  of the people for next 5 years  and also efficient candidates will loose the choice for the next 5 years.
  1. India is a democratic and  a secular state. All type of religions, casts, have the equal rights to live and express their views. Hence ,  elections should be conducted based on  “Honest , Political knowledge and Leadership qualities” only. But not based on ‘present election system.
  1.    candidates  should be declared as elected, when he/she got more than 50 % votes, out of total poled  votes only.
All  types of  Charitable Trusts, Foundations, Associates, Institutions, Machineries, Eye banks, Blood banks, Kidneys bank  etc., whatever  so name it may  called, must be registered under the companies act,1956. Books of accounts to be audited (source of income and expenditure) transparently and controlled by the  ROC, RBI, CLB, SEBI AND FEMA. All the incomes  must be taxed  as per the Income tax act,1961 @30% plus sc plus Ed.cess. Further, trusts, peace missions etc., which are started with the foreign resources with the only  intention to develop  a particular religion  or cast to be banned. So that the Black Money, corruption, Unjustified  and  un social activities can  be controlled.
Other wise, there is no use of conducting  the elections instead of waste of public money about ₹ 10,000/-crores and valuable  time.

HOW TO CONTROL THE BLACK MONEY AND CORRUPTION ?

Q; HOW TO CONTROL THE BLACK MONEY AND CORRUPTION?

A: As we aware that no one born with a 'Golden Spoon'. And every one has only 2 hands to work, only 2 legs to walk, and each one  have only one mouth to eat , only 2 ears to listen , one brain to understand and think . Further, there are only 24 hrs a day and maximum hrs to work are 12 to 14 hrs only. And every one ( at present) Born and Live on the earth only. If any of them  born with extra ordinary 'mahimas' or any 'Mantras' or 'Mayas' ( I don't believe all these), then they are not at all human beings. They are all called as the "GODS". But practically we have not seen so far, except studied histories of "GODS". So come to the point,

To control & reduce the Black money and corruption, the Govt. must develop the systems from the starting and uniformly. Then they need not catch hold the caller of the  particular corrupted people. The main reason to build up or Block the 'Black Money'  is corruption and decevings. If Govt. implement the system, people also can not angry on govt. Hence theGovt. must implement the following steps immediately to control the 'Corruption' and 'Black Money'. Those are,

01. Please, make sure to issue "Aadhar Card" to all the Indians. Today we have about 127 crore population.

02. Make sure to issue "PAN Card" to all the Indians, like a birth certificates.

03. Make sure to have a only one "Bank A/c " to each and every person of Indian. Govt. may permit one post office saving Bank a/c, as a additional. There must be portable facility to change one Bank to another Bank, but the number should be same.

04. Make sure to have only 'One cell phone Number' by each person, with the portable fecility.

05. Make sure to link up all the official ID cards ( Voter card, ration card, driving license , pass port , health card etc.,) with their " Aadhar Card" and "PAN Card" .

06. Make sure to divide all the Indians as "Rich and Poor" based on their income and wealth. But not on based on their caste and religions or regions and vote bank , since we already crosed 67 years of Independence.

07. Must treat all the govt. employees as the 'Rich' , irrespective of their caste, religion and handy cap and old age.

08. Make sure to implement the prime minister slogan of "ART". Accountability, Responsibility and Transparent.

09. Make sure to get register all the properties, businesses of India and foreign countries assets (Movable and immovable including lockers) in their names, by giving 6 months time at free or concessional registration fee. And link up with the Aadhar cards , Bank account Numbers and PAN cards.

10. Make sure the govt. to collect back all the unregistered lands from the people.

11. Must keep close control on "FDI(s) and TRUST(s), Machineries, Organiztions. ( Those funds sources of FDIs and TRSTs).

12. Must ban all the un organised sector transactions, which are under control of Apex bodies. For example. Un authorised chit funds, lotteries, high rate of interest loans with blank cheques and blank stamp papers, chain businesses, different type of schemes etc.,

13. Must apply all the acts to all the Indians equal and transparent.

14. By linking all the above Cards and Accounts, the govt. can know easily, who is the Rich and who is the Poor people with the latest soft wares and they can identify Benami Assets and money landaring transactions and how the rich people secured the assets abnormally in the over nights and how much tax they have escaped etc.,

15. So that the govt. can easily remove all the subsidies and social welfare schemes( facilities) for the rich people and the gov.ment need not request the Rich and crorepaties to with draw the 'Gas Subsidies' etc,.

So that the govt. can save crores of rupees each year from all type of sources & subsidies which they are providing to Rich and High Rich . Further, it improves the balance of Rich and Poor, improves infrastructure fecilities & Industries, reduces un employment and improves real per capita income and GDP.

IS IT POSSIBLE TO SETTLE THE EPF/EPS/NPS/LIC CLAIMS WITH IN HOURS?

Q. IS IT POSSIBLE TO SETTLE THE  EPF/EPS/NPS/LIC CLAIMS WITH IN HOURS?

A. Yes it is possible. To settle  any type of claim forms  EPF/EPS/NPS, few  hours are more than enough for the 'Employees Provident fund Organisation' and other Departments.  But today , to settle the claim forms the  PF department is taking about  30 to 365 days.   Due  to not collecting  proper information at the time joining members and not maintaining of proper records of members. Besides to this, for small things like Employer / Bank Manager/ Employee signatures/Notary attestations/ Affidavits/Bank Account details/ Aadhaar card etc., they are delaying to settle the claims.

For example, to settle the ' Superannuation Claim form ' , why the EPF department require the 3 family group photos, why they require ' non employment certificate ' on Rs.10/- non-judicial stamp paper, why notary attestation, what is the necessary  3 family group photos, why employer or Bank manager signature. It is the hard earned money of  a member (employee). For the employee services , the employer has deposited. Then the the story was end. Only , now the EPF department has to identify, like a Bank, the Member. That is possible with his/her application signature and Adhar card / Voter card/PAN card/bank Pass Book etc., at the discretion of the final Assessing officer. Why un necessary delay , complications for all these documents, to settle the claims? INDIA  should move with the paper less transactions.

Like a Bank , after submitting the KYC, the concerned departments must maintain the employee details and settle the claims immediately without harassment/trouble and without delay. practically, employees are suffering so lot, months together to get their hard earned  EPF/EPS amounts. This is just like sweat of members.

To simplify the procedure and easy & quickly settle the EPF/EPS/NPS claims with in hours, as under:

01. A request letter on plain paper with all details or printed form.
02. In case of  EPS, a 'original scheme certificate' or 'Affidavit' if they lost,
03. Bank pass book xerox
04. Aadhar card Xerox  .

The above are more than enough to settle any type of claims with in hours.  Today we are in 'Digital era'. We are trying for paper less 'Digital system'. But , why the EPF department is asking lot of documents and why the department  30 to 365 days , no body knows.

We are aware that  today the Banks are settling  any type of Drafts, Bonds,Fixed Deposits and saving account withdrawal with in minutes. Then why it is not possible to the  EPF/NPS/LIC Departments?

With the Adhar card number  the Department concerned may identify the member and release the PF amount, since the Department already taken the KYC and  all the records of the members.

With Aadhar card number only, very few officers can settle all  the issues in all over India. So that the Govt. can  also save crores of administrative cost, by removing unnecessary staff.

Here, only the higher  authority has to authenticate, whether the member is genuine or not with the application and details available with the 'Organisation'. Any  how the amount is going to member Bank account only.

But, today the Departments are complicating the issue(s), with the un necessary reasons and suffering members months together.

We hope the Departments concerned will consider  to implement this suggestion.
