To  make the  India as a better country, the following changes may be considered.

First the Gov.ment  must make the  people to live without fear , without lies and without deceivings (except corrupted people and un social elements). For this gov.ment  has to change  the  Laws, administrative  rules and regulations  faire and transparently to live all the people comfortably.

 Secondly, the gov.ment has to issue the multi useful Ration cards to all the people ofIndia ,based on their  income group and cost of living to apply welfare schemes, as under:

 Re.               1  Rs.    24,000      BPL white cards   BPL

Rs.    24,001   Rs.  1,50,000      white cards           Poor
Rs. 1,50,001   Rs.  5,00,000      blue cards             Middle

Rs. 5,00,001   Rs.10,00,000      Pink cards            Upper middle

Rs.10,00,001   and above           Green cards         Rich

And must revise every 5 years.
