Respected Sir,
WHAT ARE THE NEXT STEPS TO BE TAKEN, AFTER 30 TH DECEMBER,2016?
As of date no Prime Minister or No President in the world has taken this type of daring , historical and revolutionary decision " Ban of Rs, 1,000/- and Rs. 500/- notes", suddenly, to Control the Black Money, Corruption, Fake Notes and Terrorism".
Sir, But you have taken a daring and revolutionary decision " Ban of Rs.1,000/- and Rs.500/- notes " on 08th November,2016, to Control the Black Money , Corruption , Fake Notes and Terrorism". After announcement , people shocked few and can not come from TVs. 9th Bank holiday. People got 24 hrs time for discussions about 'Ban of high vale notes' and to under stand and digest the sudden announcement and impact of that. 10th onwards started the public problems. Very big Que lines at Banks as well as at ATMs, Some places no cash and some ATMs have 'No service Boards'.
How ever ,Poor, middle class and honest people never blamed ( except opposition parties political leaders agents) instead supporting the dynamic decision and prepared to adjust for the difficulties and ready to face any problems. And they are feeling happy to see golden days , in near future.Further ,Poor , Middle class and Honest people are so much confident and desire to get the justice to them in all spheres. It is not a normal issue. It is related to 130 crore people related issue. What ever it may be , you have taken a right decision and in right time to eradicate the Black Money , Corruption and Fake notes" from the grass roots.
I can tell that even after 100 years also, no one think for this kind 'Daring Decision'. Every political Leader seeing the people as a " VOTE BANK" and attracting the voters with " Small Biscuits " at the time of elections. Due to this system, years together " Poor becoming too Poor and Rich becoming too Rich". Today 99% people behind your ''DECISION''. Only 1% Black money people, Corrupted people and Fake money people and opposition leaders against your decision. Please believe that today 'Party Leaders are all individuals'. No party workers, No Poor , Middle Class, No honest and educated people are behind them. They are all against " Black Money and Corruption".
WHAT ARE THE NEXT STEPS TO BE TAKEN, AFTER 30TH DECEMBER,2016?
Besides to the ''surgical strike'' on Black Money and Fake Notes", It is essential to do the "Surgical Strike" on the following:
01. Immediately, after 30 Th December,2016, must arrange to take the action against "Black money people and Corrupted people, transparently and without any partiality . Then only , the confidence will be build up in the Poor , Middle Class, Honest and educated people .
02. Must get it Pass the " Benami Act" Bill. and recover all the 'benami' assets and distribute to the poor for their houses and also impose huge penalties on Benamies to build up the confidence in the Poor , Middle Class, Honest and educated people. Today in cities , only 20% rich people have the own houses. And 80% poor and middle class people are living in those houses as a rent.Even after collecting huge rents also they are not paying the Income Tax, TDS, and Property Tax.
03. By spending Rs.1,000/- crore also , must establish a " Integrated and Independent CBI". to handle " Black money and Corrupted money" cases. In their investigation, no political leader and no other should not involve and should not command. CBI should be accountable or responsible to Courts , President of India and Public only. By the same time must start the special" Fast track Courts", with the intention to deliver the final verdicts with in 90 to 180 days. Without this , no use of your historical decisions and surgical strikes. it is a waste of time and waste public money and it will become entertainment to the people.
04. Must conduct " surgical strike" on Loans evaders and tax evaders to build up the confidence in the Poor , Middle Class, Honest and educated people
05. Must arrange " surgical strike: on un claimed funds. There are about Rs.56,000 crore un claimed funds in the PF departments, Insurance Organizations, Banks , Financial Institutions and Post Offices. While taking deposits or premiums , they have all the details , names, addresses, Bank account numbers and Cell numbers, nominee names etc., But, while making the payments, they are saying that they do not have any thing. This is not correct and not justified. And hence , must do the " surgical Strike".
06. Must do the " surgical strike" on Swiss and other Banks " Black Money" holders.
07. Generally, the poor can not hold Rs.2,000/- note even not more than one week or one month. Theses notes , mostly accumulated by the Rich only. Hence, after accumulating the Rs.2,000/- notes by the Rich, after 1 year, these may be banned to filter the Black Money.
08. There must be conducted " surgical Strike" on Reservations. Even after 67 years of Independence, still the reservations are continuing to maintain "Vote Bank".There are poor in all the Casts and religions and Regions. Because of these reservations , Even after 67 years of Independence, still " Poor are becoming too Poor and Rich becoming too Rich". In India , there must be only Two Casts. One is POOR and the other one is RICH. After some period all must be equal with the little variance.
09. Make a mandatory to have only " One Bank account and One Cell Number", like Aadahr Number and PAN number with the portable facility, by each and every person.
10. Must do the " surgical strike" on on- line deceivings and Computer viruses to avoid deceivings internet banking and Mobile banking etc.,
11. Must arrange "Surgical strikes" on " Fake & False Advertisements". Because of these "Fake & False advertisements" crores of people are tempting and loosing and wasting their hard earned money and becoming poor.
12.Must arrange the " Surgical strike" On TRUSTS, Swachhanda Organizations, Machinery's,Foundations, Devalaya Funds. In these only so much Black Money and Benami Money dumped. These are the masks of the " Corruption & Black money ".
13. Must arrange the " Surgical strike" on " BANK LOCKERS'' at a time, if they can not disclose the Black money by 30 Th December,2016 and if you have a proper information and documentary evidence.
